The camp is situated in a picturesque location in the middle of the desert, allowing us to observe the stunning night sky and even spot the Milky Way. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities that exceeded our expectations. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the food options were varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the informative history and culture lesson from Omar, who added a special touch to our experience.
One minor downside was the presence of smoking in the dining hall, although the extraction fan helped to minimize the smell.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The location was amazing, with the most beautiful scenery. The staff was friendly and cute, and the service was great. The tents were spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed including a hairdryer and a kettle. The food at the hotel was diverse and delicious, with a good variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel facilities were clean and well-managed, and the AC in the rooms was a bonus. The food was amazing, especially the traditional rice dish called zarp. The attention and care from the tour operator, Abdellah, and the driver, Sayeed, were really good. The manager, Mr Ahmed, were pretty good too ensure our comfort. The early check-in was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was great. I can't forget to mention the must-see Wadi Rum protected area and the very nice star gazing at night.
Although everything was wonderful, I would have appreciated the option to pay with a credit card instead of cash. the atmosphere was very family-friendly, which may not be ideal for those seeking a more tranquil setting.

The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from during both dinner and breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Omar who provided us with a great insight into the local culture and history. One major advantage was that they were able to accommodate my daughter's severe nut allergy, ensuring that there were no nuts in any of the meals.
The only minor issue was the smoking in the dining hall, but it was manageable once the extraction fan was turned on. However, being an ex-smoker, I could still tolerate the smell.

We were treated to a delightful three-hour sunset tour of the desert, which was truly amazing. The buffet dinner was definitely a highlight of our trip, offering delicious traditional food.
One minor inconvenience was the lack of organization regarding trips back to the village. We had initially been told a certain time for departure, but then were rushed to leave earlier, causing a bit of stress.
